Creating Users
Learn how to create and manage user accounts in Training Manager Web Edition.
Overview
User accounts determine access to the Training Manager system. Each user is assigned a System Role and Scope that define their permissions and the data they can access.
Creating New Users
Each user in Training Manager has a corresponding "Person" record. To create a new user, add a new Person record in the system. Click the "Send Email" button on the Accounts tab of the Person record to send an invitation email to the new user.
Assigning Roles and Scopes
The user's System Role and Scope are assigned during the creation of the Person record. Choose the appropriate role and scope based on the user's responsibilities and access needs.
