Understanding the dashboard and reporting capabilities in Training Manager Web Edition.

Available Dashboards

Training Manager Web Edition provides several dashboard types to meet different organizational roles and responsibilities:

Personal Dashboards

  • My Dashboard - Your personal training view for tracking progress, viewing training history, and managing your own training records
  • Supervisor Dashboard - Manage and monitor training for your direct reports

Organizational Dashboards

  • Group Dashboard - View training statistics and compliance for specific departments or teams
  • Location Dashboard - Monitor training activities for specific physical locations or sites
  • Company Dashboard - Company-wide overview for administrators to monitor organizational training metrics
Dashboard Access

Your available dashboards depend on your user permissions and scope assignments. Use the dashboard selector in the top-left corner to switch between available dashboards.

Reporting Features

Training Manager's reporting system provides comprehensive analysis tools for training data:

Report Types

  • Course Reports - Course catalog and training content information
  • Training Reports - Class sessions, transcripts, and training records
  • Status Reports - Required training compliance and progress tracking
  • Personnel Reports - Employee listings and organizational data

Report Capabilities

Getting Started

Accessing Dashboards

  1. Login to Training Manager Web Edition
  2. Navigate using the Home icon in the top navigation bar
  3. Select Dashboard from the dropdown if you have access to multiple dashboards
  4. Review the information presented for your scope

Running Reports

  1. Navigate to the Reports section from the main menu
  2. Select the report type that meets your needs
  3. Configure grouping, filtering, and sorting options
  4. Preview the report before printing or exporting
  5. Export or Print the final report

Dashboard Navigation

Each dashboard provides:

  • Quick Access to relevant training information
  • Action Buttons for common tasks (user submitted training, print transcript, approve training, send notifications, etc.)
  • Summary Statistics for at-a-glance insights

  • Account Scope - Individual, Group, Location, Supervisor (Direct Reports), or Company
